I've just released a Young Adult genre
book and the name of it is Deception ~ V.A.M.P.S ~ ATL. The story line itself takes place in and
around the city of Atlanta, Georgia. I thought I would put up an
Itinerary of places in the book so you if you decide to read it you can see
where the people are when they write their blog, or the places they
are referring to.
Oh, did I mention that this book is
really a blog? It's in what is known as an Alternating POV (Point Of
View) by six teens. The blog is a journal started by one of the
characters, Valentine DiGrigori. It's her way of helping others find
their missing band mate and friend, seventeen year old Savannah
McLeod. You see Savannah has recently learned she's not really who
she thought she was and has been deceived by her adoptive family. She
also learned she is the one who has been chosen by the spiritual
messages from the Great Spirit to the Nunnehi of the Cherokee Nation
to save everyone from a great disaster in the year 2012. Follow along
in this blog and see places where situations happen within the story. These places really do exist in and around the Atlanta, Georgia area.
I hope you enjoy...

ReplyDeleteThank you Tasha! I've noticed many people put up a blog with the pictures of the characters and their bios. Well I've told the bios by the character on their blogs in the book. I just thought this would be new idea. 8-) ♥
ReplyDeleteLove this!!! So cool to feel through pictures, the thoughts and visuals of what the writer has in mind for the story and all...Great stuff as always, Khloe!! - Joseph <3
ReplyDeleteThank you as always, Joseph. I want people to know that though my story is paranormal fiction, these places do exist and many things in my book just did happen. Again, thank you. <3
ReplyDeleteI just starting reading the book, and I'm finding it interesting. I live in the metro Atlanta area, although I've actually never been to any of the places (besides the city of Roswell) in the book.
ReplyDeleteNow that the book is out, have you thought of going to some of the local high schools to promote it?
Hi, Jax. Thank you so much for reading my book. I hope you're enjoying it? Yes I've thought about going to the high schools to promote it. But, school is out in a week and a half and the second book in the series is coming out in July. Although, I may try to set appointments in the fall. I think it's an awesome idea and I know there are other authors doing the same thing. Thank you again, Jax and happy to hear from you. Have a good week. 8-) <3
